Ingredients:
- 4 slices of crusty bread
- 2 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 cup marinated artichoke hearts, drained
- 4 slices mozzarella cheese
- 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Drizzle olive oil on one side of each bread slice
Layer tomato slices on two bread slices
Top tomatoes with basil leaves
Add artichoke hearts on top of basil
Season with salt and pepper
Place mozzarella slices on top
