Enjoy the tastes of St. Patricks Day with this tasty Brownie Trifle Parfait. A delicious treat is made with layers of chocolate sauce, mint chocolate chip ice cream, whipped cream, and rich brownies. Added some holiday cheer with green sprinkles and fresh mint leaves on top
Ingredients:
- 1 batch of brownies, cooled and cut into cubes
- 2 cups of mint chocolate chip ice cream
- 1 cup of whipped cream
- 1/2 cup of chocolate sauce
- 1/4 cup of green sprinkles
- 1/4 cup of chopped mint leaves
Instructions:
Put brownie cubes on the bottom of serving glasses or trifle bowls
Spread ice cream with mint chocolate chips on top of the brownies
Cover the ice cream layer with a thick layer of chocolate sauce
Add some whipped cream on top
Add more layers until the glasses are full, and top with a final layer of whipped cream
For a holiday look, add green sprinkles and chopped mint leaves on top
